What BrooksFlow sells
Private AI infrastructure, from first roadmap to daily operations.
BrooksFlow designs, deploys, secures, and manages private AI infrastructure and workflow systems for businesses with sensitive data. Every offering below runs on infrastructure the customer controls.
The offerings
Six ways to engage BrooksFlow.
Private AI Readiness Assessment
A structured roadmap for use cases, data sensitivity, infrastructure readiness, security controls, ROI, and pilot scope. Typically $7,500–$15,000, delivered in 5–10 business days.
Private AI Pilot
A contained implementation of private chat, private document search, and one to two workflows with real users. Implementation typically $35,000–$95,000+, plus customer-paid hardware and third-party costs.
Managed AI Ops
Monitoring, patching, model management, tuning, access review, support, and quarterly roadmap work. Typically $3,500–$25,000+/month depending on workflows, users, and security requirements.
Infrastructure Procurement Support
Hardware specification, vendor quotes, configuration, and deployment management for GPUs, servers, racks, storage, and networking. Hardware is approved and paid upfront by the customer — BrooksFlow does not finance hardware.
Security Review
Data boundaries, access requirements, deployment model, vendor posture, human review points, and operational ownership — documented before a workflow reaches users.
Workflow Automation Layer
Private document search and workflow automation over internal systems and file stores, built on customer-controlled infrastructure with defined data boundaries.
How engagement works
Assess, pilot, deploy, operate.
01 · Assess
A readiness assessment maps workflows, data sensitivity, infrastructure, and risk — and recommends the right next step, including 'not yet.'
02 · Pilot
One contained workflow with real users, defined data boundaries, and measurable success criteria.
03 · Deploy
Proven workflows expand to departments or the full organization, with hardware sized and procured to match.
04 · Operate
Managed AI Ops keeps the system monitored, patched, tuned, documented, and adopted over time.
The business model
You own the infrastructure. We make it work.
Hardware, GPUs, racks, servers, storage, networking, power, cooling, shipping, taxes, third-party licenses, and facility work are paid separately by the customer. BrooksFlow recommends, configures, and manages procurement — but does not finance customer hardware. Hardware orders require customer approval and upfront payment before procurement.
